Acquapole® was designed and patented in Italy as a tool for keep-fit use in water. It is made up of a pole with suctioned (non staining) and a fiberglass base, which allows for its positioning and anchorage on any surface. This piece of equipment is the most versatile and complete tool available for water keep-fit. It’s ground breaking features means that the user decides how to use it as they are carrying out the exercises. The tool is extremely stable and easy to handle.

Warranty
Two Year Limited Warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in manufacture and materials in your new and genuine Acquapole® exercise products purchased through Indigo Aquatics or Acquapole®. This limited warranty applies to specific products intended solely for aqua fitness.
Due to the nature and use of the suction cups, the warranty period is limited to one year under normal wear and tear.
This limited warranty covers the original purchaser only and lasts for two years (“Warranty Period”), beginning from the purchase date. At its discretion, Acquapole® will repair or replace any defective Acquapole® covered by this limited.

Typically, this is all that is needed to complete a warranty claim. On occasion, we may ask for additional photos or to have the product shipped to us. In these instances, if your product is not covered under this limited warranty, it will be sent back to you.

Precautions for Use
- Acquapole® is an aquatic equipment for exclusive use in the water.
- Always ensure that the suction cups are correctly screwed in before use.
- Instructors and class participants are recommended not to wear rings during the classes as they scratch the poles.
- The pole movement at the base is a standard tolerance.
- There is no weight limitation to the participant using the poles.
- Assure the area of pool to be used for the class is properly separated to ensure the safety of participants and the general public.
All participants should always be monitored by the instructor for proper use of the Acquapole® equipment
