4. Online Learning (ISAF)

The International School of Aqua Fitness
ISAF was created by a group of international seasoned professionals in the aquatic industry for the purpose of offering educational programs to the global market on the safe and efficient use of aquatic equipment.

ISAF is not only a location for new instructors in aquatics but a location for certified instructors to collaborate and exchange concepts and programs.  The ISAF toolkits are resources in workouts and exercise options for certified instructors as well as innovative approaches of combining various small and large equipment.

Managed by the partnership of Acquapole and Indigo Aquatics, our online programs create an interactive platform of courses illustrating the Acquapole® and Liquid Gym method to empower the aquatic instructor with innovative, engaging and safe lessons.  Each course provides:

descriptive imagery
video footage
proper techniques for each piece of equipment
exercise variations
lesson plan combinations
