Indigo Aquatics will be exhibiting at the Florida Recreation and Parks Association annual conference in Orlando, Florida presenting the popular aquatic fitness programs that is revolutionizing how we exercise in the water: Acquapole® and SAF AQUA Drums Vibes
The Acquapole® Station product can be used in variable water heights, provides alternate methods of support that helps promote security and allows for a wider execution of movements in the water. The versatility of accessories that can be attached to the pole provides additional exercises for different target areas to increase flexibility, muscle toning and improved cardiovascular function.
SAFÂ AQUA DRUM VIBES is a unique program composed of meticulously selected grips, positions, exercises and variations where the clients succumb to the sounds of rhythmical music to relieve stress, unleash emotions and have fun while working out.
