Acquapole® Level 1 Tone Certificate 
During the First Level course you will learn how to conduct a safe and exciting Acquapole® training sessions. During the morning we will focus on different postures with the pole, upper and lower limb, abdominal wall and the design of a training session. You will learn the importance of music in your class and how to use rhythm, tempo and 4/4 count, key elements of being a successful instructor and how to utilize all planes of movement and resistance in an aquatic environment. You will be practicing on a pole on land, provided with ample time to prepare a lesson plan so that you can conduct a 15 minute practical session using music provided by the Master Trainer.
