During the Acquapole® product showcase the participant will be able to use the pole equipment in the water in a circuit format allowing participants to experience the basic movements of the Acquapole® Station. The Acquapole station can be used in variable water heights, provides alternate methods of support that helps promote security to the patient, and allows for a wider execution of movements. The versatility of accessories that can be attached to the pole provides additional exercises for different target areas to increase flexibility, muscle toning and improved cardiovascular function.
