This event requires online course registration and completion of theory concepts. You must have completed the Acquapole® TONE prior to this event.

This course involves the addition of a further 11 grips, aimed at those who have already acquired from the Tone course. Review the new training options online and special document with 133 exercise variations.
When you want to provide a challenge to your class or just incorporate some new moves to your existing routines expanding your options with Advanced moves and circuit options is a must.
We will be conducting this event at a local home in a more private setting. This event is not affiliated with the IAFC convention.
