Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders received on or before NOON EST will be processed by the end of the next business day, excluding holidays.

All orders received after NOON EST will be processed within two business days, excluding holidays.

All orders placed on U.S. holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Indigo Aquatics will be processed within two business days.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

Indigo Aquatics will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Indigo Aquatics. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

There are three shipping options:

Indigo Aquatics and Acquapole uses several different shipping carriers depending on type of shipment and geographic location. Proof of signature is not required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

For all shipments provide your physical street address for delivery as we cannot deliver shipments to a PO Box. (Please allow additional delivery time for orders outside of the continental US.) FPO and APO military addresses will be shipped Standard and may take longer to arrive.

Italy drop shipment: Delivery time is between 5-10 business days, after the package has been processed and shipped. Note: Packages are shipped per the above processing schedule. Common air carriers used are UPS or Fedex and are delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

US Domestic: Delivery time is between 2-5 business days, after the package has been processed and shipped. Note: Packages are shipped per the above processing schedule. Domestic Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Sea: Delivery time is between 10-20 business days, after the package has been processed and shipped from Italy. Note: Packages are shipped per the above processing schedule. The tracking number will indicate when the package is initiated and delivered but will not show detailed dates and times, as they are subject to Customs clearing and freight carrier delivery schedules.
