Acquapole® Tone is the first level course that will teach you how to conduct a safe and exciting session using the Acquapole station. No previous experience is required for this training.
NOTE: This online training course is now being offered by Acquapole Italy at the Aquaclasses.com platform. You will be directed to their site for registration and payment.
You will learn:
- Different postures with the pole
- Exercise options for upper and lower limb, abdominal wall and trunk
- The importance of music in your class paying attention to rhythm
- The use of the planes of movement and resistance in an aquatic environment.
- You will be guided on how to structure a class and key elements of being a successful instructor.
Requirements:
- No pre-requisite or experience level
- Acquapole Standard Pole equipment
Certificate:
- Technical Evaluation
- Practical Evaluation – 15 minute lesson video format to be evaluated by a group of registered Acquapole® Master Trainers.
- 8 CEU units provided by AEA, EAA, Australia Fitness, CIMSPA
