Indigo Aquatics and SAF AQUA Drum Vibes® will be conducting demos sessions at the end of a certificate training event in the City of Orlando. Demos class is 30 minutes long at $5 collected at the door.
SAFÂ AQUA DRUM VIBES is a unique program composed of meticulously selected grips, positions, exercises and variations where the clients succumb to the sounds of rhythmical music to relieve stress, unleash emotions and have fun while working out.
